Karnot designs, installs and rents natural-refrigerant heat pumps to factories, hotels and food plants on fixed five-year fees. Two contracts are signed, ₱17 million between them; five more plants, among them PepsiCo's bottler, Coca-Cola and Sheraton, hold our proposals. We are raising US$500,000 of secured 10 percent notes, closing 30 November 2026, ahead of a 2027 factory round.
